President

Lacey joined the National Women’s Soccer League in May 2021 and currently serves as Legal Counsel for the organization. She brings a wealth of experience in the sports industry, having worked with organizations such as the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Mid-American Conference, and various Division I college athletics programs. WISE has been instrumental in her journey, providing a supportive community of ambitious and inspiring women who have helped shape her career and professional trajectory.

Vice President 

Julie works at Cramer-Krasselt on the Social & PR team. She has spent nearly a decade in the sports industry, managing content strategy for brands around events such as the NFL Pro Bowl, 24 Hours of Daytona, NHL All-Star, and more. Since joining the WISE Chicago chapter in 2018 and the board of directors in 2020, her passion for this community has only grown with each event and connection she makes.

Treasurer & Finance Chair

Martrice is a lifelong Chicagoan who has built a career rooted in her passions and talents. She currently serves as the Controller at Chicago Fire FC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Accounting department. Prior to joining the Fire, she held roles in both public accounting and the non-profit sector. A dedicated member of the WISE Chicago community, Martrice joined in January 2014 and has served as Treasurer since June 2016.

Chair

Shelby currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Chicago Fire FC, where she drafts and negotiates key commercial agreements for the organization and provides legal advice to various practice groups. Before joining the Fire, Shelby worked in the sports and sports facilities practice group at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and served as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She currently serves as the Partnership Chair for WISE, an organization she joined to diversify her network and gain a deeper understanding of the entertainment industry as a whole.

Dayle is a commercial real estate associate at DLA Piper, where she supports clients nationwide with buying, selling, leasing, renting, and financing real estate across various asset classes. She eagerly takes on opportunities to contribute to sports industry projects through the firm’s Media, Sport, and Entertainment Group. Dayle earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she served as president of the Sports, Communications, and Entertainment Law Forum and gained valuable experience as an extern in Notre Dame’s athletic department and general counsel’s office. She joined WISE to build meaningful connections and is honored to serve on the Board, continuing the impactful mission of empowering and uplifting women in sports.

Victoria currently serves as Project Manager, Strategy & Development, for the United Center. In her role, she oversees projects for in-arena planning and is currently working on the development team that is bringing the transformative 1901 Project to the United Center campus and the West Side of Chicago. WISE is near and dear to Victoria, as it was a vital resource in her successful transition from a career in STEM (engineering) to the sports and events industry.

Christina is a Chicagoland native who has dedicated most of her career to building brands and forging strategic partnerships within the sports landscape. She has worked with marquee companies on major golf events, NCAA collegiate athletics, and now serves as the Director of Partnerships and Growth for both TBT and TST. Christina joined the WISE Chicago Board to connect with women in the sports industry and support a vibrant community within her hometown. She deeply values the WISE community for fostering meaningful mentorship, collaboration, and growth, and she is proud to contribute to and learn from such an empowering group of women.

Mallorie currently serves as the Manager of DEI & Social Impact with the Chicago Bears, entering her fourth season with the team and her fifth in the NFL. A dedicated advocate and champion for inclusion and culture, Mallorie has made a transformative impact throughout her career across the education, non-profit, and sports industries.

Co-Chair

Daisy is the Senior Coordinator of Multicultural Public Relations at the Chicago White Sox, where she leads community outreach initiatives, spearheads cultural campaigns, and enhances fan engagement through strategic partnerships and activations. She began her career in the sports industry as a Group Sales Account Executive with the Chicago Fire FC. Daisy joined the WISE board because it’s a community of amazing professionals dedicated to creating empowering events that uplift women across the industry.

Cady is a Senior Account Executive at Intersport, where she manages events and sponsorship activations for key clients. Her career includes prior roles with Team USA, an NIL startup, and The Marketing Arm. Fun fact: her first job was driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. Since joining WISE Chicago in 2022, Cady has been passionate about connecting with women in the sports industry and supporting WISE Chicago’s empowering mission.

Chair

Marisa joined the Chicago Sky in January 2024 and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships. She also contributes to her community as a member of the Associate Board for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Before her time in the WNBA, Marisa worked in Partnership Strategy for the Chicago Cubs and in Sports Partnerships Consulting at Genesco Sports Enterprises. With nearly a decade of experience in professional sports and college athletics, Marisa joined the WISE Chicago Board as the WISE Within Chair to help other young professionals excel in their career journeys.

Communications & Technology Chair

Deirdre is an Associate at Brunswick Group, where she advises companies on critical issues at the intersection of business, politics, and society. With eight years of experience in communications, she has a passion for supporting organizations in the sports and entertainment sectors, having advised sports teams and businesses through investigations, sales and acquisitions, and brand development. Previously, she held marketing and operations roles with an NWSL and AHL team. Deirdre joined WISE Chicago in 2024 to expand her network in the sports industry, and has since forged incredible connections and friendships.

Social Engagement
Chair

Gabriela started her career in sports working as Partner Services & Special Events Coordinator at the Atlanta Open 250 ATP Tournament. She moved up to Chicago from Atlanta to pursue a position at Deloitte working in Consulting; however, now finds herself working as a full time Social Media Content Creator in the sports space. She is currently studying to be a certified teaching professional within the LPGA. Gabriela joined the WISE Board to help continue growing awareness for women in sports through social channels. The WISE community has helped her establish meaningful friendships and build her network as a professional member with large companies.
